- Prior to founding EV Health Partners, Eric was a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Healthcare at Macquarie Group. Prior to Macquarie, Eric was a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking, Americas at Nomura. Prior to Nomura, Eric held senior M&A advisory roles at RBC, Bank of America, and Citigroup and was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher
- Eric has over $150 billion of M&A and over $50 billion of capital markets transaction experience in the healthcare space
- Received a JD from Cornell Law School, an MBA from Johnson Graduate School at Cornell University and a BA from Emory University

- Vince has over $25 billion of M&A and over $30 billion of capital markets transaction experience in the healthcare space
- Received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
- David has over 3 years of investment banking experience and joined EV Health Partners in 2025
- Prior to joining EV Health Partners, David was an Investment Banking Analyst on the healthcare team at the Macquarie Group
- Received a BS from Vanderbilt University majoring in Human and Organizational Development with a minor in Business
